All orders placed via our website are processed as soon as possible so that parcels are shipped within 48 hours of order. This period is indicative and may be extended in case of holidays or periods of strong commercial activity.
Once the order has been validated, the address that the Buyer has sent to receive the order can not be modified. The liability of the carriers and the company Mouton Noir Ltd. owner of the Frenchaholic trademark can not be sought in case of impossibility of delivery due to inaccuracy in the delivery address (it being specified that the designation of PO boxes is prohibited).

DELIVERIES

The shipment is charged 8.5 euros (or converted in USD / HKD) and is free for orders over 100 euros. Frenchaholic products can be delivered anywhere in the world. Orders are delivered with an average lead time of 5 days after shipment to the delivery address indicated in your order. Your order will be delivered by Colissimo, DHL, FedEx, SF Express or HK POST depending on your location. Any taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer depending on the destination.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If one or more items do not suit you, you have a period of 10 days to return them. The return of the item is the responsibility of the customer except against indication by our after sale service. To be accepted, items must be returned in their original condition with their packaging and labels. Items worn and washed are not exchangeable or refundable.
