Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions and expressly declares to accept them as soon as he clicks on the button “place order”.

Article 1 : Special conditions of sale

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific conditions of sale stated on screen (name, price, quantity, colour, particularities of the products, cost of the services) and expressly declares to accept them without reserve.

Article 2 : Validity of the order

The offer on the website www.frenchaholic.com is only for individuals who have an address in France and internationally.

Article 3 : Registration and confirmation of the order

Frenchaholic confirms receipt of an order by an email entitled “Confirmation of your order”.

However, the sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order by Frenchaholic in an email entitled “Shipment of your order”, which will be sent to the customer no later than five business days after the order has been registered.

Frenchaholic reserves the right not to confirm an order, depending on the availability of products, a foreseeable problem concerning the delivery to be made, a dispute relating to a previous order, or an incomplete or abnormal payment.

In this case, Frenchaholic will inform the customer no later than 5 working days after the order has been registered, and will proceed without delay to the customer’s refund or a request for additional information regarding the payment.

In case of unavailability of only one of the products of an order, the rest of the available order is shipped.

Article 4 : Price

Prices shown are in Euros, USD and HKD. The billing currency of the order is in euros, USD or HKD.

Frenchaholic reserves the right to change prices at any time but agrees to apply the rates in effect that have been indicated at the time of placing the order, subject to their availability on that date.

Article 5 : Terms of payment and security

Payment can be made by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, on a secure banking server.
The credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never transit in the clear over the network.

Payment is made directly to our bank. Frenchaholic has no access to these coordinates, and does not keep them on its servers.

Paypal payments are also accepted.

Article 6 : Retention of property

The products remain the property of Frenchaholic until full payment of the order.

Article 7 : Terms and delivery times

A maximum of 3 working days after the registration of the order may be necessary to ship the order.

The ordered product is sent by the postal circuit, with tracking number to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

The costs of participation in the shipping of the order are offered from 100 euros of purchase for France and abroad.

The approximate delivery times from the day of departure from our storage place are 5 to 10 working days.

Article 8 : Right of withdrawal

The customer has 15 days to return his parcel. If this period of 15 clear days normally expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

For all refund requests, we will re-credit your bank account, or Paypal used when paying the amount of the returned item.

The cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer in France and abroad.
